ਅੰਤਰਿ ਸੁੰਨੰ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਸੁੰਨੰ ਤ੍ਰਿਭਵਣ ਸੁੰਨੰਮਸੁੰਨੰ ।
ਚਉਥੈ ਸੁੰਨੰ ਜੋ ਨਰੁ ਜਾਣੈ ਤਾ ਕਉ ਪਾਪੁ ਨ ਪੁੰਨੰ॥
The Guru's emphasis on "The One' as the sole reality is in reference to the doctrine of 'silence'. This creed of silence is found in various degrees in all the cults associated with yoga. In Madhyamika Karika nearly similar version if silence is found. Which means:
Look inside and see it is silence.
see also silence outside. the man
realising the fact of silence inside
and silence outside is silence himself.
but what Guru says in his own language is reproduction of Madhyamika view by placing silence in the higher sphere of 'sahaj awastha'
